How to read this page. Open-space counts come only from state DOT sensors, where a state publishes them. Everywhere else, a status means another driver reported it within the last 4 hours; otherwise we say “no live count” rather than guess. Parking changes minute to minute — always have a backup stop in mind.

    Truck parking FAQ

How do I find truck parking near me?

Tap “Use my location” or type a city, ZIP code or state. The finder lists Love’s, Pilot, Flying J, TA and Petro truck stops around you, nearest first, with directions and a map.

Can I see how many truck parking spaces are open?

Where a state DOT publishes live sensor counts, we show the number of open spaces and how recent the reading is. Most truck stops do not publish counts, so for those we show recent driver reports (plenty, some, almost full, full) — or tell you there is no live count yet.

Where do the parking reports come from?

From drivers using this page. A report expires after four hours, and one device can report a given stop once every 20 minutes, to keep it honest.

Is the truck parking finder free?

Yes. There is nothing to sign up for. Our job-placement service is also free for drivers — carriers pay us, never you.

Why is a truck stop missing or its address blank?

Our truck stop list is built from OpenStreetMap and does not cover every location yet. If a stop is missing or wrong, tell us at paul@cdltransportationgroup.com and we will fix it.

Does this guarantee I will get a spot?

No. Parking changes minute to minute, and counts can lag. Treat everything here as a guide and have a backup stop in mind, especially late in the day.
