75% of gross — $5,600–$8,500/week gross average · 25% covers dispatch, cargo liability insurance & free dry van trailer · Rate cons on request (layover/detention/extra stops/fuel surcharge all included) · $2,500 sign-on spread over 5 months · $0.15/gal fuel discount (EFS cards) · Plate program $2,200 (spread up to 4 weeks, or bring your own plates) · IFTA $25/quarter (or self-file) · $47/week occupational accident insurance · $200/week trailer deductible until $2,000 met (refundable) · Weekly direct deposit (Sun–Sat pay period)
