$0.75 CPM all miles empty & loaded on reefer, 1099. Family-owned 40-truck fleet, in-house repair shop. 2022+ Cascadias & Volvo 760/860 fully loaded with APU, microwave, inverter, fridge. 3,000 miles/week, no escrow, no touch. Paid weekly Mon–Mon.
