32% of gross — $8,000–$12,000/week gross (flatbed/stepdeck/Conestoga) · Transparent rate confirmations · $500 sign-on · Tarp pay $75/$100/$125 (4/6/8 ft) · Detention $25/hr after 2 hrs · Layover $150/day · Extra stop $50 · Breakdown $75 half / $150 full day · Inspection bonuses $150/$250/$500 · Weekly direct deposit · $2,500 insurance deductible ($250 × 10 weeks, refundable)
