About this job

$0.80 CPM W-2 team pay, all miles empty & loaded. 5,500–7,000 miles/week, $0.05/mile monthly safety bonus, $125/day orientation pay per driver. Full benefits start day 31. 2023+ Cascadias, Volvo VNL 760 & Peterbilt 579. 70% dedicated freight, no touch. IL terminal with in-house repair shop. 1 pet per driver, riders OK.

$0.80 CPM W-2 (team split) · Empty & loaded · $0.05/mile safety & performance bonus paid monthly · $35 extra stop · $25/hr detention after 2 hrs (up to $200) · $200/day layover & breakdown · $125/day orientation pay per driver · +$50 holiday pay (6 holidays) · 70% dedicated / 30% spot · Full benefits (medical/vision/dental/life/STD/LTD/401K — co-pays 60% premium, starts 1st of month after 30 days) · 1 week paid vacation after 90 days · Weekly pay
